How NCT cancellation alerts work

1. We check the NCT centres you care about – You choose whole counties or exact centres, for example Deansgrange and Northpoint in Dublin, or Cork Little Island and Blarney.
2. A cancellation frees up an earlier date – Someone cancels or reschedules, and the earliest available date at that centre jumps forward. Cancelled slots are usually rebooked within minutes.
3. You get a push alert and book it yourself – The alert pops up on your phone with the centre and the new date. You then book that slot on the official NCTS booking site as normal. AutoAds never books on your behalf and never asks for your NCTS login.

How do NCT cancellations work?

When a driver cancels or moves an NCT booking, that appointment goes back into the NCTS booking system. Because it is usually much sooner than the normal waiting time, it tends to be taken again within minutes. Finding one by hand means refreshing the NCTS website all day. How quickly will I hear about an NCT cancellation?

How do I book the earlier NCT slot once I get the alert?
